Job summary

Nupharm Ltd in Salford is seeking an experienced Production Operations Supervisor to lead our production teams, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant repackaging of pharmaceutical products. Job Title: Production Operations Supervisor

Salary: £32,136 with an excellent benefits package

Location: Salford

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 10.00 – 18.00 (Initial 4 week shift of 06.00 – 14.00 while training)

• Coordinate daily operations to deliver production plans and achieve operational targets.
• Ensure GMP, quality, compliance and health & safety standards are maintained.
• Coach, develop and motivate Production Zone Leads and Operators.
• Work closely with Quality, Warehouse and Print teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading medium to large teams.
• Strong communication, organisational and people management skills.
• Good IT, numeracy and literacy skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience would be advantageous.

What You’ll Get

• £32,136 per annum
• 22 days (pro rata) paid annual leave plus bank holidays, rising with length of service including an extra 3 days after 2 years
