Job summary

Nupharm Ltd in Salford is seeking an experienced Production Operations Supervisor to lead our production teams, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant repackaging of pharmaceutical products. Qualifications

• Experience leading medium to large teams.
• Strong communication, organisational and people management skills.
• GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 60 production colleagues.
• Coordinate daily operations to deliver production plans.
• Ensure GMP, quality, compliance and health & safety standards.
• Coach, develop and motivate Production Zone Leads and Operators.
• Work closely with Quality, Warehouse and Print teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
