Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience.
• Production or manufacturing background.
• Food/FMCG manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
• Confident making decisions and managing a busy team.
• Understanding of health, safety and quality standards.
• LEAN/continuous improvement knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 15 employees across multiple production lines.
• Ensure daily production targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Manage team performance, attendance and holiday cover.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and quality.
• Ensure procedures and production standards are followed.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Work closely with Quality and other departments.
• Identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Use production data to improve efficiency and performance.

Our client is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a team of up to 15 people across 2-3 production lines, ensuring production targets, quality and safety standards are consistently met.

The Role
