Job summary

Kingdom Services Group is recruiting a Production Supervisor for a busy food packaging facility in the United Kingdom. You will oversee day-to-day production activities, motivate the team and ensure targets are met while maintaining strict adherence to food safety, quality and health and safety procedures.

With strong leadership and communication skills, you will train staff, supervise manufacturing processes, and collaborate with engineering, stock control and warehouse teams to optimise line

Production Supervisor

Pay: £14.36 per hour

Are you an experienced production professional with strong leadership and people-management skills? We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join a busy food packaging manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for organising and motivating production staff, ensuring production targets are achieved and maintaining high standards across food safety, quality, health and safety and environmental procedures.

The Role

As Production Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the production team, ensuring food packaging products are manufactured efficiently and in line with company procedures and production briefs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Organising and motivating production staff to achieve production targets
• Supervising the manufacture of food packaging products
• Ensuring team members comply with food safety, quality, environmental and health & safety standards
• Completing production checks and maintaining accurate records, including paperwork, timesheets and software
