Job summary

Resourcing Partnership Ltd are recruiting to lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of a designated production area in the UK. You will ensure safe, legal and efficient manufacture to required quality standards, while motivating and developing teams to meet the production plan.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can tackle problems, drive KPI improvement and ensure company standards and procedures are followed across shifts.

Qualifications

• Be able to communicate both orally and written - use of Microsoft Outlook, Word etc.
• Basic HR knowledge and experience - Return to Works, Discussions & File Notes.
• Familiar with MRP systems and stock control.
• Maintain production information and KPI's - use of Microsoft Excel.

Overview

To lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of a designated production area, ensuring that all products are manufactured safely, legally, efficiently and to the required quality standards. The Area Supervisor is responsible for achieving the production plan while maintaining the highest standards. The role requires a strong hands-on leader who can motivate and develop teams, manage operational performance, respond effectively to problems and ensure that company standards and procedures are consistently followed.
