Involve Midlands is delighted to be working with a fantastic manufacturer based in the Dudley area, seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team.
Position: CNC Production Supervisor
This role involves leading a team of skilled engineers in a fully-equipped, well-invested workshop. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Machinist looking to step into a senior management role.
- Monday-Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM
- Overseeing and managing a team of CNC Machinists
- Ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
- Using ERP software to track job efficiency across the machine shop
- Monitoring tooling usage and optimizing resources
- Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld
- Experienced CNC Machinist ready for a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes & quality control
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and efficiency
- Experience with ERP software is a plus
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
