Job Opportunity: Production Supervisor

Linkster is currently recruiting for a leading manufacturer located in the Swadlincote area. This company specializes in high-quality house building products and is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team.

Shift Details: Primarily a day shift from 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday, with potential flexibility to shift to 08:30 to 17:00 as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a busy production operation and manage a team of manufacturing operatives.
• Plan daily labor effectively and manage absences.
• Address efficiency challenges and troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Experience Required

• Strong background in production planning, lean manufacturing principles, and machinery operations.
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
