Job Responsibilities

1. Liaise with the design team to implement improvements and efficiencies from recent project experience.
2. Understand and implement the production plan.
3. Complete job allocation cards and review with the production plan to meet completion dates.
4. Ensure build quality through spot checks on work being completed.
5. Conduct workshop toolbox talks.
6. Perform fire alarm checks.
7. Manage new employees and apprentices, ensuring they receive proper support and training.
8. Perform any other necessary tasks.

Technical Specification
