Job summary

McLaren Automotive Limited is seeking a Production Steering Manager to lead world-class operational strategies across MPC manufacturing. You will coordinate with production planning, manufacturing engineering, finance and supply chain to optimize processes, improve productivity and quality, and ensure seamless transition from Product Definition to Series Production.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in manufacturing or production launches, experience with low-volume high-cost production, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing or production launch environments.
• Experience with low-volume, high-cost product manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in manufacturing.
• Experience with production data monitoring and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hours per car across manufacturing processes and drive improvements.
• Report headcount allocation across manufacturing lines and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Lead projects with planning, execution, and budget management to milestone delivery.
• Identify options for next-generation manufacturing and quality execution systems.
