• Lead production, engineering, and warehouse teams to meet daily operational targets.
• Monitor lines and equipment for performance and efficiency.
• Champion health & safety and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive "Right First Time" culture.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement.
• Conduct performance reviews, coordinate training, and identify potential.
• Support third-party and customer audits (e.g. BRC).
• Maintain adherence to SOPs, product quality, and documentation standards.
  Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within manufacturing (ideally food production).
• A strong leader who can inspire teams, solve problems, and get results.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and people skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
