**BRAND NEW ROLE**

Are you a Production Shift Manager, Section Manager, Front Line Manager or a Senior Supervisor with experience in Shift Management secondment or stand alone roles?

We are currently working with a well-established, fast paced food manufacturer looking for a strong manager to join the team on a Mon-Fri, 2-10pm shift.

The role is demanding a strong manager, someone who can take the reins, drive the shift in a positive direction, focus on 1-2-1 and people development. Responsibilities will focus around ensuring H&S standards are met, food quality standards, meeting customer service demands and plant performance.

You will need to have experience within a Section Manager/Shift Manager role within the food industry. Analytical mindset and approach to problem solving, team player and strong communication skills. Understanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles would be beneficial.
