Working Hours

40 hours per week, shifts from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, including some weekends. A rotational night shift occurs every 10 weeks.

We are recruiting a Production Shift Leader at Müller Bellshill to help the team meet targets and improve performance through coaching and development.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience in Food Production or FMCG and will lead the team to ongoing success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement development plans.
• Coach frontline team members to solve problems.
• Align activities with overall business objectives.
• Manage people, including performance reviews, development, coaching, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance business operations.
• Apply Operational Excellence principles and tools to improve processes.
