Production Shift Lead

Location: Bellshill ML4 3NY

Hours: 40 hours per week, working shifts from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM (including some weekend shifts). There will also be one rotational night shift every 10 weeks.

We are recruiting a Production Shift Leader at Müller Bellshill to enable the team to deliver targets and continuously improve performance through coaching and developing our people.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Food Production or a FMCG background and will lead the team to continued success.

Responsibilities as Production Shift Lead

1. Creating and delivering development plans.
2. Coaching frontline team members to enable problem-solving.
3. Aligning activities with overall business objectives.
4. People management, including performance reviews, development, coaching, and handling employee relations issues.
5. Collaborating with other teams to improve our business.
6. Applying operational excellence principles and coaching the team on their use.
