Scantec Recruitment is partnering with a leading FMCG Food Manufacturer in South Lanarkshire to find a Production Supervisor for their Night shift team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with one of the UK’s largest food manufacturing companies. The facility is large, with a great culture, and offers opportunities for growth and long-term career development.

Shifts:

• Days
• Nights, 4 on, 4 off
• 06:30 - 18:30

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team, demonstrating commitment and drive to succeed
• Achieve KPIs and build strong relationships within your team and across functions
• Manage daily budgets, including labor and materials, and report on them regularly
• Ensure daily plans are followed, maintaining audit and GMP compliance
• Prioritize safety, ensuring procedures are followed and incidents are logged
• Manage team headcount, upskill team members, and oversee absence management and disciplinary actions
• Serve as the first point of contact for your team, promoting company values and fostering trust

Skills & Experience:

Experience in a team leader or supervisor role within food/FMCG manufacturing or logistics/distribution is preferred.
