Job Description:

Scantec Recruitment is partnering with a leading FMCG Food Manufacturer in South Lanarkshire to find a Production Supervisor for their Night shift team.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience with one of the UK’s largest food manufacturing companies. The facility is large and has a fantastic culture. You will work closely with a friendly and engaging team, with opportunities for growth and long-term career development.

Shifts:

• Days
• Nights, 4on, 4off
• 06:30 - 18:30

Role and Responsibilities:

• Be committed and driven to succeed, with experience in managing and developing a team
• Deliver KPIs and build strong relationships within your team and across functions
• Manage daily budgets, including labor and materials, and report on these daily
• Ensure conformance to daily plans, audit, and GMP compliance
• Prioritize safety, ensuring procedures are followed, including logging accidents and near misses
• Manage your team directly, including headcounts, upskilling, and development
• Oversee absence management, conduct investigations, and handle disciplinaries as needed
• Be your team's first point of contact, promote company values, and foster a culture of trust

Skills & Experience:

Ideally, candidates will have experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a food/FMCG manufacturing or distribution/logistics environment.
