Bond Williams is seeking a Production Scientist for a biotech in West London. You will perform protein expression and purification, ensure QC and release criteria are met, and help scale processes. The role suits detail-oriented lab professionals who enjoy hands-on purification and data-driven improvement.

You will work closely with platform, chemistry, engineering and R&D teams to translate one-off successes into scalable, robust procedures in our new labs in West London.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in recombinant protein expression and purification.
• Experience with QC testing and release criteria.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Aufgaben

• Express and purify recombinant proteins using diverse systems.
• Prepare buffers and reagents to exact specifications and support automated prep validation.
• Maintain batch records and support lot release in eQMS.
• Write and maintain SOPs and work instructions; contribute to deviations and change control.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with platform, chemistry, engineering and R&D teams.
