ProAmpac Grimsby Ltd is seeking a Production Scheduler to balance demand and capacity across Printing, Slitting and Bag Conversion. You’ll link Customer Service, Materials Control and Warehouse to reflect customer demand and material availability in schedules, driving efficiency and on-time deliveries.

The role requires strong planning, communication and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. DOE + site performance bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, manufacturing scheduling or operations planning.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems to manage production schedules.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyse operational data.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across departments.
• Proactive approach to resolving operational challenges and maintaining production continuity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules across Printing, Slitting and Bag Conversion.
• Coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Materials Control and Warehouse teams.
• Balance demand, labor, machine capacity and material availability to optimise performance.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for downtime, shortages or changing priorities.
• Analyse capacity, output, inventory and planning data to inform decisions.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy and generate performance reports.
• Support OTIF, productivity and efficiency targets through planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve flow and reduce downtime.
• Participate in daily operational reviews with department leaders.
