ProAmpac Grimsby Ltd is seeking a Production Scheduler to coordinate production activity across Printing, Slitting and Bag Conversion. You will link Customer Service, Materials Control, Warehouse and Manufacturing to align plans with demand and capacity.

This role emphasizes proactive planning, strong communication, and delivering schedules that maximise efficiency, minimise downtime and meet customer delivery commitments in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning or manufacturing scheduling.
• Understanding of flexible packaging processes and capacity planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems to manage schedules.
• Advanced Excel skills to analyse data.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules across departments.
• Coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Materials Control and Warehouse.
• Balance demand, labour, capacity and material availability.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for downtime and rush orders.
• Analyse capacity, output, inventory and planning data.
• Maintain ERP/MRP planning information and reports.
• Support OTIF, productivity and efficiency targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve flow and reduce downtime.
• Participate in daily operational reviews with department leaders.
