Job summary

Müller Group in Market Drayton is hiring for a permanent, full-time role at the Butter Plant. You will operate and monitor production machinery, perform basic maintenance and fault finding, and help meet quality, waste, and safety targets.

The role runs on a 4 on 4 off days & nights pattern (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am) with a structured training plan leading to progression and a competitive salary with benefits including life assurance, annual bonus, and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment (desirable).
• Good mechanical aptitude (essential).
• Knowledge of processing machinery and production operations.
• Strong communication and teamworking skills.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices.

Responsibilities

Starting salary: £32,951.76 rising to £38,594.96 when fully trained through a structured training plan.
