Job summary

Müller Production Operative in Market Drayton, ENG, GB, TF9 3SQ, is on a fixed term contract for 12 months. Starting salary is £32,011 with a 4 on/4 off pattern covering days and nights.

The role sits in Operations & Production and includes a 5% bonus, generous leave, pension and life assurance. The position requires experience in production/manufacturing, good mechanical aptitude, teamwork and strong communication, plus a proactive approach and health & safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery in line with procedures.
• Support a strong Health & Safety culture.

• Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• Identify faults and escalate issues promptly.
• Demonstrate flexibility across tasks and shifts.

Contract: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our Market Drayton site as part of Müller’s UK Manufacturing Operation on a fixed term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating manufacturing machinery in line with procedures
• Supporting a strong Health & Safety culture
• Meeting production and waste targets
• Minimising machine downtime and supporting basic maintenance
• Maintaining high hygiene and housekeeping standards
