Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller in Market Drayton is recruiting Production Operatives for the brand-new factory, offering a 4 on 4 off schedule and a starting salary of £32,011. You will join an expanding UK manufacturing operation supporting efficient production and adherence to procedures.

• Identify faults and escalate issues promptly.
• Demonstrate flexibility across tasks and shifts.

We are currently recruiting for multiple Production Operatives to join our Market Drayton site as part of Müller’s UK Manufacturing Operation.

Due to ongoing site expansion at Market Drayton, we’re growing our teams and looking for individuals to help us produce high-quality products efficiently while meeting operational standards and procedures.

Recruitment Process

As part of our hiring approach, we will be holding regular Recruitment Sessions over the coming months.

These sessions provide a great opportunity to:

• Take part in group assessments and interviews
• Learn more about the role, team, and Müller as a business
• Meet the team and gain insight into working at our site
