Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland in Market Drayton is recruiting multiple Production Operatives to join our site as part of the UK Manufacturing Operation. The role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and nights) with a starting salary of £32,011 and a strong focus on safety and productivity.

You will operate machinery, uphold hygiene standards and contribute to meeting production targets, with opportunities for progression and access to a rewards platform.

• Experience within a production or manufacturing environment (food manufacturing desirable).
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Awareness of Health & Safety and food hygiene standards.
• A proactive and reliable approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Operating manufacturing machinery in line with procedures.
• Supporting a strong Health & Safety culture.
• Meeting production and waste targets.
• Minimising machine downtime and supporting basic maintenance.
• Maintaining high hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• Identifying faults and escalating issues promptly.
• Demonstrating flexibility across tasks and shifts.

We are currently recruiting for multiple Production Operatives to join our Market Drayton site as part of Müller's UK Manufacturing Operation.

Due to ongoing site expansion at Market Drayton, we're growing our teams and looking for individuals to help us produce high-quality products efficiently while meeting operational standards and procedures.

Recruitment Process
