2 Sisters Food Group is seeking Production Operatives at our Sandycroft site in the UK to join a fast-paced, quality-focused team. You’ll help prepare poultry products in a chilled factory environment, with full training provided and no prior experience required.

Hours are Sunday to Thursday, 17:00-01:00, with weekly pay and on-site perks such as staff discounts, subsidised canteen, and opportunities for training and career progression within the business.

Job Description

We’re looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our team in Sandycroft on a permanent basis. 2 Sisters Food Group is one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers, and this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced business with real career progression opportunities.

The hours of work and shift patterns are: Sunday to Thursday 17:00-01:00.

In this role, you’ll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. Depending on your team, duties may include handling chicken portions, filleting, deboning, or preparing whole birds. Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required.

Qualifications

We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality. Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided, including Level 1 and Level 2 Health & Safety certification.
