Pay Rate – £13.80 p/h Hours – 12 hours per day
In this role, you’ll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. As a Primary Operative, you will take on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced poultry processing environment. You will be part of a dynamic team within the Primary Selection area, with your main duty involving palletizing 20kg baskets of chickens. Tasks are rotated throughout the shift to support different areas of production, and full training will be provided.
We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality. Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided, including Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety certification.
