2 Sisters Food Group is seeking Production Operatives at our Sandycroft site in Wales. This is a permanent, on-site role with Sunday to Thursday shifts 17:00-01:00. Training is provided, no previous experience required, and you will help prepare poultry products in a chilled factory.

The hours of work and shift patterns are:Sunday to Thursday 17:00-01:00

In this role, you’ll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. Depending on your team, duties may include handling chicken portions, filleting, deboning, or preparing whole birds. Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required.

Qualifications

We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality.

Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided, including Level 1 and Level 2 Health & Safety certification.
