2 Sisters Food Group in Manchester is hiring Production Operatives for an AM shift four days per week. You will join a fast-paced poultry production environment with full training provided, no prior experience required. We’re looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our team in Flixton on a permanent basis.

2 Sisters Food Group is one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers, and this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced business with real career progression opportunities.

Shifts Available: AM shift, 4 days per week, Mon - Sat
Pay Rate - £13 per hour
Hours - 38.6 hours per week

In this role, you’ll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. Depending on your team, duties may include handling chicken portions, filleting, deboning, or preparing whole birds.
Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required.

Qualifications

We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality.
Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided, including Level 1 and Level 2 Health & Safety certification.
