Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is recruiting Production Operatives for our Sandycroft site in a permanent role. The position operates on a 3 days on, 3 days off cycle from 5am to 5pm, within a fast-paced chilled poultry processing environment.

The Primary Operative will take on varied duties, with main tasks including palletizing 20kg baskets of chickens. Full training will be provided to ensure safety and quality standards are met, with development opportunities within the business.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
• Certifications include Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety.

Responsibilities

• Palletize 20kg baskets of chickens as part of the Primary Selection area.
• Support rotation across different production tasks during shifts.
• Participate in training provided and contribute to a busy poultry processing environment.

Pay Rate –

In this role, you’ll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. As a

Primary Operative, you will take on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced poultry processing environment. You will be part of a dynamic team within the

Primary Selectionarea, with your main duty involving

palletizing 20kg baskets of chickens. Tasks are rotated throughout the shift to support different areas of production, and

full training will be provided.

Qualifications

We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality.

Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided, including Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety certification.
