Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group Limited in Sandycroft is hiring Production Operatives on a permanent basis. In this role you’ll help prepare poultry products in a chilled factory environment, with duties that may include handling chicken portions, filleting, deboning, or preparing whole birds.

Full training is provided and no previous experience is required. This is a busy team role with long‑term career progression opportunities, staff shop discounts, subsidised on‑site canteen, and free in‑house training

We’re looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our team in

Sandycrofton a permanent basis.

Pay Rate –

42.5hours per week

In this role, you’ll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. Depending on your team, duties may include handling chicken portions, filleting, deboning, or preparing whole birds.

Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required.

Qualifications

We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality.

Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided, including Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety certification.
