Surelock McGill Group is seeking a Production Operative / Assembler in Wokingham to manufacture and assemble components. You will inspect, pack and label finished products, ensuring quality standards are met and orders go out on time. This role offers a permanent, full-time position with training provided and potential for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing preferred but training provided.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality essential.
• Hands-on role with manual handling suitability.
• Can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production and assembly of components.
• Operate various factory machinery and equipment.
• Inspect finished products and packing/label checking.
• Maintain a clean, safe working area and adhere to SOPs.
