Job summary

Wright Staff Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Assembly Operative in Pershore, Worcestershire. The role involves hands-on assembly from basic technical drawings and delivering high-quality results in a busy production environment.

The position is full-time with a 40-hour week and salary in the £12.72–£13.48 per hour range, plus a pension, cycle-to-work scheme, health & wellbeing programme, on-site parking, Life Assurance, a referral scheme, and enhanced holiday entitlement after five years.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high quality, fast-paced manufacturing environment with ability to read detailed engineering drawings.
• Working with handheld tools and machinery as part of a team to meet production requirements and deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication, with a positive, proactive approach to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work within the assembly team on areas such as masking and sealing.
