Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our Sandycroft site on a permanent basis. You’ll work in a chilled factory environment, handling poultry products and assisting with portions, filleting, deboning or preparing whole birds. Full training is provided, no previous experience required.

Shifts include Week 1: Sunday till Thursday 4.45am - 1.15pm; Week 2: Monday till Thursday 2.00pm - 10.30pm, Friday 9.30am - 6.00pm. Pay rate - £13.30 p/h; Hours - 42.5 per week.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality.
• Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided, including Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Handle chicken portions, filleting, deboning, or preparing whole birds.
• Help prepare poultry products for customers in a chilled factory environment.
• Support the production team to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
