2 Sisters Food Group in Sandycroft is seeking a Production Operative to join a fast-paced poultry processing team. You will help prepare poultry products, palletise 20kg baskets, and work across the Primary Selection area with full training provided.

The role offers a 12-hour shift pattern (5am–5pm) on a permanent basis, with weekly pay and opportunities for training and progression within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in production helpful but training will be provided.

Job Description

We’re looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our team in Sandycroft on a permanent basis. 2 Sisters Food Group is one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers, and this is a great opportunity to join a fast‑paced business with real career progression opportunities.

Shifts pattern: 3 days work, 3 days rest start 5am - 5.00pm.

Pay Rate – £13.80 p/h. Hours – 12 hours per day. In this role, you’ll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. As a Primary Operative, you will take on a variety of responsibilities in a fast‑paced poultry processing environment. You will be part of a dynamic team within the Primary Selection area, with your main duty involving palletising 20kg baskets of chickens. Tasks are rotated throughout the shift to support different areas of production, and full training will be provided.

Qualifications

We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality. Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided, including Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety certification.
