Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our Sandycroft site on a permanent basis, with transport from L8 0QN, L7 2RG, or L4 0UE. The role operates 3 days on, 3 days off, from 5am to 5pm, in a chilled poultry environment.

You will work as part of the Primary Selection area, assisting with palletizing 20kg baskets of chickens and supporting various production tasks. In this role, training is provided, including Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to high standards of safety and quality.
• Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided, including Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety certification.
• Enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment and building a long-term career.

Pay Rate –

In this role, you’ll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. As a

Primary Operative, you will take on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced poultry processing environment. You will be part of a dynamic team within the

Primary Selection area, with your main duty involving

palletizing 20kg baskets of chickens. Tasks are rotated throughout the shift to support different areas of production, and

full training will be provided.

Qualifications

We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality.
