2 Sisters Food Group is recruiting Production Operatives at the Sandycroft site for a permanent role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will support the preparation of poultry products, working in a chilled factory and following strict safety and quality standards.

Full training will be provided; prior experience is not required, and there is a clear pathway for progression within the business.

Job Description

Were looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our team in Sandycroft on a permanent basis. 2 Sisters Food Group is one of the UKs leading food manufacturers, and this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced business with real career progression opportunities.

Shifts Pattern:

Week 1: Sunday - Thu (04:45 - 13:15) Week 2: Monday to Thursday (14:00 - 22:30), Friday (09:30 - 18:00)

In this role, youll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. Depending on your team, duties may include heavy lifting, handling chicken portions, filleting, deboning, or preparing whole birds. Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required.

Qualifications

Were looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality. Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential full training will be provided, including Level 1 and Level 2 Health & Safety certification.
