Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a permanent Primary Operative to join its Plymouth? correction: Liverpool-based Sandycroft site in a fast-paced poultry production environment.

You will help prepare poultry products in a chilled factory and rotate tasks within the Primary Selection area, with full training provided. The role operates on a 3 days work, 3 days rest cycle, starting early morning and paying £13.80 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Health & safety training will be given as part of the role.

We're looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our team in Sandycroft on a permanent basis.

Shifts pattern:

3 days work, 3 days rest start 5am - 5.00pm

Pay Rate -

£13.80 p/h

Hours -

12 hours per day

In this role, you'll help prepare poultry products for our customers while working in a chilled factory environment. As a Primary Operative, you will take on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced poultry processing environment. You will be part of a dynamic team within the Primary Selection area, with your main duty involving palletizing 20kg baskets of chickens. Tasks are rotated throughout the shift to support different areas of production, and full training will be provided.

Transport payable £1 per journey

Qualifications

We're looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality.

Experience in production or factory work is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided, including Level 1 Health & Safety and Level 2 Food Safety certification.
