Overview

Great opportunity to receive great pay rates and bonuses working for a leading fast-paced food production site. Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative to work day or night shifts in Kings Lynn.

Take advantage of our attendance bonus, paid breaks, and amazing new pay rates! An attendance bonus is guaranteed after completing the full 5 shifts. We guarantee 40 to 60 hours of work per week. This role offers both full and part-time hours, working Monday to Friday, 8 - 12 hour shifts.

The hours of work are:

• Day shifts:
  • 6am to 2pm
  • 2pm to 10pm
• Night shift:
  • 10pm to 6am

The rate of pay is £12.21 up to £12.50 per hour (area dependent) for days, and £12.66 per hour for nights.

The suitable candidates could get a permanent contract with our client.

Responsibilities

• Work on a busy, automated production line.
• Pack foods into containers while checking the quality of the product and label boxes.
• Be comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive work on a busy production line.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• Happy to work in a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment and works well under pressure.
• Previous factory experience would be beneficial but is not necessary as full training is provided.
