Job summary

Proman in Ellesmere Port is seeking Production Operatives for the General Assembly line. This full-time, ongoing role offers standard pay up to 37.5 hours at £15.44 per hour, with OT1 £23.16 for unscheduled hours Mon-Sat and OT2 £30.88 on Sundays.

Working days Monday to Friday, hours 07:00–15:00 Mon-Thu and 07:00–14:00 Friday. Duties include working anywhere in manufacturing, quality checks, and taking ownership to improve processes.

Qualifications

• experience in similar environment desirable, but not essential, full training will be given
• attention to detail
• good levels of attendance
• flexibility to carry out overtime when required
