Job summary

Proman is seeking a Production Operative in Middleton to support busy production operations. The role involves moving and handling components, adhering to safety policies, and working with small teams to meet daily production targets.

Initially a temporary position with potential long-term prospects for the right candidate. The shift pattern is 2 days, 2 nights, and 4 days off, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, with pay starting from £16.53 per hour.

• Good interpersonal skills and attitudes - positive attitude working under pressure.
• Attention to detail, thoroughness - performing complex manufacturing activities and testing for an outcome.
• Honesty - manufacturing results gets reviewed regularly and taking responsibility, being honest and accurate is a key.

Our client is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join their team. Initially this will start as a temporary position with the opportunity of long-term prospects for the right candidate. The purpose of this role is to support production operations in a variety of areas across the site as required by the business. As a Production Operatives the role requires versatility, an adaptable personality and the ability to adjust to change in a fast-paced environment.
