Job summary

Proman are recruiting a Production Operative in the Sharston area of Wythenshawe. The role offers 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am shifts, on a 3 on/3 off pattern including weekends. The advertised rate is £12.71 per hour with all breaks paid, with a higher rate (£16.06) after 12 weeks for night shifts.

Training and progression opportunities are available to the right candidate. As a Production Operative, you will operate machinery (after training), pack produced items, and perform quality checks.

Qualifications

• Able to be productive and maintain accuracy in tasks.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Flexible to work different shifts as needed.
• Good communication and ability to understand verbal and written instructions.

7am-7pm OR 7pm-7am

3 on / 3 off (Including Weekends)

Days and Nights £12.71/hr (All breaks paid)

About the company:

Proman are recruiting production operatives on behalf of our client based in the Sharston area of Wythenshawe. Our client's manufacturers small plastic moulded products.

As a production operative you will be responsible for:

• Operating machinery (Once Trained)
• Packing small items once produced
• Quality checking products
