Job summary

Ethero Strategic Staffing is seeking Production Operatives for Trentham Lakes (ST4). You will operate press machinery safely and efficiently under supervision, monitor production quality, and assist with loading and unloading materials while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

This temporary ongoing role is 36.5 hours per week with pay of £13.39 rising to £13.96 after 12 weeks, paid weekly. Benefits include free onsite parking, a pension scheme, ongoing training, and 33 days holiday after the

Qualifications

• Working in a fast paced environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work safely around machinery and as part of a team
• Comfortable with manual handling and standing for periods (reasonable adjustments considered)
• Previous manufacturing or press machine experience is an advantage but not essential

Pay rate:

Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply

Working hours:

36.5 Hours

Monday - Thursday: 06:00 to 14:00 / Friday 06:00 to 13:00

Rotating With

Monday - Thursday: 14:00 to 22:00 / Friday 13:00 to 20:00
