Job summary

Wright Staff Recruitment Ltd in Worcester is seeking a Production Operative to join a stable global manufacturing environment. The role involves packing, repacking, and quality checking of products, with basic production paperwork to complete.

You will work 07:00am to 03:30pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available. Own transport is an advantage due to location. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but full training can be provided for the right candidate.

• Strong attention to detail for quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Pack and repack products and perform quality checks.
• Complete basic production paperwork.
• Meet daily workload and production targets with minimal supervision.

Duties

Will need the ability to manage workload & ensure that targets are met working with minimum supervision.

This is a temporary position initially that can lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
