About The Role

Join Our Dynamic Onsite Production Team at Forza Foods. We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Production Operative at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about production and eager to contribute to a vibrant team, this role is ideal for you.

Position Details

• Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating shifts between 6:30am and 10:30pm
• Location: Forza, Normanton - Site Based Role
• Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing protein flow through the line, perform quality sorting, and dress out defects to meet product specifications. Ensure proper packing and labelling of finished goods in line with company and customer standards, and report any defects or quality issues to the Line Leader. Pack finished goods safely, adhering to specifications, and stack trays securely.

What Are We Looking For?

• Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in manufacturing, pack houses, produce, or protein sectors.
• Practical skills with the ability to work quickly, methodically, and as part of a team. Capable of concentrating on repetitive tasks and following instructions.
• A proactive 'Can do' attitude with understanding of health and safety policies. Entry-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
