Job description

Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for our client at a leading beef processing site.

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to work at ABP in Shrewsbury.

Please note this role is in a chilled food production environment.

This is a full-time role with fixed, guaranteed shifts.

Day shifts:

• Monday to Saturday, 7am - 3:30pm, with one weekday and every Sunday off.
• The rate of pay for day shifts is £[amount] per hour, and overtime is paid at £17 per hour.
• Sundays and Bank holidays are paid at £[amount] per hour.

Night shifts:

• The rate of pay is £[amount] per hour, with overtime paid at £[amount] per hour.
• Saturdays & Bank holidays are paid at £[amount] per hour.

Your Role:

As a Production Operative, you will work in a chilled food production environment processing beef into burgers, meatballs, and mince. You will be required to pick and pack items for distribution. You should be physically fit to work in a fast-paced environment.
