We are recruiting Production Operatives to join our team based in Oldham, with opportunities to work on our rotating shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am.

Role Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Perform quality and safety checks on finished products.
• Troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Adhere to all quality, health, and safety procedures and regulations.
• Keep accurate records of production output and downtime.
• Perform pre-use machinery checks and identify faults.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and high standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
• Excellent attendance and timekeeping.

• Flexibility to work rotating shift patterns if required.

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or FMCG environments is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
