45 hours per week

You will be working a two-week rotating shift pattern (covering hours between 6 am - 11 pm) from Monday to Friday, with overtime every other Saturday.

We're currently recruiting experienced and reliable Production Operatives to join our team at Beenham, near Reading.

What is the mission?

You will work as part of our manufacturing team to carry out all duties related to the efficient manufacturing of high-quality products, utilizing all operational techniques to produce the UK's leading roof tiles. Your responsibilities include using manual handling tools, powered hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment. You will work in an environment focused on safety, quality, waste reduction, and achieving OEE targets.

What are the mission-critical skills?

• Experience operating in a small/medium manufacturing operation
• FLT counterbalance licence (preferred but not essential)
• Team player with attention to detail
• Good command of English, both oral and written
• A forward-thinking individual focused on process improvement
