Job summary

First Call Contract Services Limited in Acton, West London, is recruiting for Production Operatives at a leading food manufacturer. No experience is required as full training is provided; we value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and progress within the business.

You will weigh and mix ingredients, prepare recipes to exact standards, cook and bake, and maintain strict food safety. Shifts include 06:00–18:00, 10:00–18:00 and 00:00–08:00 with weekly pay and pay rises after 12 weeks

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised manufacturing business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £13.15 per hour depending on shifts. The role of Production Operative is based in Acton, West London.

You don’t need any experience; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role! Our client is looking for staff with an excellent work ethic who are looking to learn the business from the ground up, and become future team leader and managers. If you have any previous experience working in bakery, confectionery, cakes or cookie dough etc environments this would give you a good head start.

Shifts for Production Operatives:

• 06:00 - 18:00
• 10:00 - 18:00

Pay:

• £13.15 per hour
• £13.85 per hour after 12 weeks
