Job summary

First Call Contract Services Limited is recruiting for a Food Production Operative at a nationally recognised baker in Glenfield, Leicester. No previous experience is required, but bakery experience is advantageous.

Shifts include long daytime and night patterns, with a shift bonus offered and weekly pay provided. Oven loading/unloading, packing and hygiene duties form the core responsibilities as you contribute to high-volume production for major retailers.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised Bakery, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £12.95 per hour depending on shifts. The role of Food Production Operative is based in Glenfield, Leicester.

You don’t need any experience; but if you have prior food or bakery experience it would be advantageous. Shifts for Food Production Operatives:

• 06:00 to 18:00 (4 OR 5 out of 7 days)
• 07:00 to 19:00 (4 OR 5 out of 7 days)
• 18:00 to 06:00 (4 OR 5 out of 7 days)
• 19:00 to 07:00 (4 OR 5 out of 7 days)

Pay:

• From £12.95-£13.15 per hour + SHIFT BONUS
• Paid weekly

• Oven Loading & Unloading

• Cleaning & Hygiene
• Loading, weighing, grading and palletising stock for a number of the UK’s major retailers.
• Working in a fast-paced production and packing line.
