Qualifications

• Previous experience operating bakery or packaging machinery (Hobart Mixers, Mono Depositors, or Flow Wrap lines) is desirable.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and precision decorating and finishing.
• Solid understanding of food hygiene standards (HACCP / Food Safety Level 2 is a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Mixing & Preparation: scale and weigh ingredients accurately; monitor dough/batter consistency; keep production line fed.
• Finishing & Decorating: operate depositor equipment; hand-decorate; ensure premium artisanal finish.
• Packing & Machinery Operation: set up and run Flow Wrap machines; ensure correct labeling and quality checks; prepare goods for dispatch.

About the Role

You will work with high-quality ingredients and modern bakery machinery to produce exceptional baked goods.

Available Positions & Core Duties

1. Mixing & Preparation
   • Scaling and weighing ingredients accurately according to recipes.
   • Operating commercial Hobart Mixers and monitoring dough/batter consistency.
   • Ensuring the production line is consistently fed to maintain output targets.
2. Finishing & Decorating
   • Operating Mono Depositors for precise product portioning.
   • Applying high-level manual hand skills for intricate decorating, piping, and finishing touches.
   • Maintaining an eye for detail to ensure every product looks artisanal and premium.
3. Packing & Machinery Operation
   • Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting Flow Wrap machines.
   • Ensuring all products are securely packaged, labelled, and quality-checked.
   • Preparing finished goods for dispatch according to strict food safety guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

• Machinery Experience: Previous experience operating bakery or packaging machinery (Hobart Mixers, Mono Depositors, or Flow Wrap lines) is highly desirable.
• Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and excellent hand skills for manual decorating and finishing.
• Food Safety Aware: A solid understanding of food hygiene standards (HACCP / Food Safety Level 2 is a plus).
• Team Players: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment and meet daily production schedules.
