Job summary

Workchain is recruiting Production Operatives for a Derby-based food manufacturing site on Ascot Drive. You will assist in the preparation, baking, and packaging of bakery products in a clean, fast-paced environment as part of a supportive team.

The role starts early between 5:00am and 6:00am, with weekly pay and an ongoing temporary contract that could become permanent. Prior food production experience is preferred, but full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or factory work preferred but not essential – full training provided.
• Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Good level of manual dexterity and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work early morning shifts.

We’re currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing business based on Ascot Drive in Derby. As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in the preparation, baking, and packaging of freshly made goods, working as part of a friendly, supportive team in a clean and fast-paced food production environment.
