Job summary

dnata Catering UK is seeking an Operational Supervisor to manage equipment operations across the Luton site, ensuring safety, efficiency and strong team performance. You will oversee production, bond and warehouse areas, coordinate with departments and monitor quality standards while maintaining cost controls.

You will lead a shift-based team, coach colleagues, uphold 5-star service, and build solid client relationships to swiftly resolve issues and meet tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a team in a shift-based operations.
• Experience with cost and control management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key production areas such as our bond, warehouse and production department.
